Tim Heydari
Broker & Principal

Tim is a Dallas native who joined ANA Commercial with ample prior business sales and commercial real estate experience. His knowledge in a variety of markets has helped him succeed at a very young age. Having started, operated, and sold vending, retail, and Ag science businesses of his own, he can fully relate to business owners throughout the real estate discovery process. Tim is a full service broker with a strong market focus on landlord/tenant leasing transactions and retail investment property sales. He is also well seasoned thinking outside the box with creative marketing and finance structuring. Tim’s portfolio includes several multi-million dollar retail & industrial investment transactions, numerous restaurant & retail tenant leases (with tenants in excess of 30,000 SF), and ample project leasing ventures. Tim enjoys adapting quickly to variety of markets and his diversity has proven success in the industry. Tim double majored in electrical engineering and mathematics with a minor in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He also earned a master’s degree in environmental engineering from SMU. Tim is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals, MetroTex Association, TABB, and IBBA.



Robert Reed
Associate

Robert Reed joined ANA after years of operating high-end volume public golf courses in the DFW area and ultimately become a principal owner on his last project. Robert continued to grow his skills as an entrepreneur and became an expert in all phases of the industry. Robert graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, minor in Business Administration and is also Licensed Sales Agent. He currently resides in Highland Village with his wife Kate anddaughter Brianne. Robert is highly proficient in all sides of the sales cycle and is known for going the extra mile for his clients to ensure they are well informed, while keeping a “happy to do it” attitude throughout the process. Robert looks forward to assisting you in your next endeavor into the DFW business marketplace. Craig Nall
Associate

Craig Nall is a commercial real estate associate who has a well-rounded background in the small business market. As a business owner himself, along with other corporate experience, Craig brings invaluable marketing and writing skills, along with negotiating, consulting, and enterprise connections to his clients. Before joining ANA Craig was a standout dual-athlete in college, first attending LSU on scholarship and eventually graduating from Northwestern St. (LA).  He then parlayed his collegiate success into a 7 year NFL career after being drafted in the 5th round of the 2002 NFL Draft as a backup to HOF Green Bay QB Brett Favre.  During his professional football days, Craig inherently developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail to support the leadership abilities, communication skills and competitive temperament that it takes to be successful.  Craig is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals.




Eric Stanford

Eric has lived in the DFW Metroplex for over 15 years and has closely watched the high growth and evolution of the current real estate market. Before joining ANA, Eric had a passion to be in real estate and finally decided to change careers after being in the construction industry for 30 years. He has a vast knowledge of construction in all areas of residential, industrial and commercial buildings. He has a strong specialty in quality construction and developments and has the inside track for buyer/seller clients throughout various sub markets in Dallas and Tarrant County.  His strong work ethic coupled with excellent negotiating skills is forefront for his clients. Ed Luff

Ed is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 30 years of experience establishing, owning, operating, building, buying and selling businesses. Starting his entrepreneurial career at age 19, Ed has owned or managed companies in numerous industries including professional audio and video; construction management; food service, janitorial and restaurant; title insurance; mortgage banking; retail banking; and most recently fitness and personal training. Additionally, Ed has owned and managed several commercial properties. Ed’s many years of business experience and extensive knowledge of real estate makes him uniquely qualified to guide clients through the process of selling and/or purchasing businesses and real estate. Ed is an avid golfer and hockey fan and resides in Trophy Club with his wife Michele and twin sons Joe and Alex.  Ed is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and MetroTex Association.






Reed GreerReed Greer has decades of real estate and small business ownership, management, sales and purchasing background now being focused on helping others. He has bought and sold several businesses over the years, and currently owns several small businesses in the Dallas area. He grew up in the Dallas area attending St. Marks School of Texas and received his BS Degree from the University of Texas at Austin College of Communications. Reed has provided consulting services to small businesses for years on helping grow the bottom line. His most extensive volunteer position over the past 13 years has been as Mayor of Melissa, TX. His extensive understanding of managing and growing a city from 4,000 to a still growing 21,000+ residents include detailed negotiation skills with residential and commercial developers.  My ultimate goal is to focus on leaving no stone unturned regarding the possibilities of completing a successful transaction for all parties involved.

Notably, Bob has founded and successfully led multiple ventures, including a prominent DFW-based business in the event industry that achieved annual revenues exceeding a million dollars. Bob is deeply passionate about collaborating with business and property owners and leveraging his extensive expertise to navigate today’s complex market dynamics with a focus on his robust negotiation skills.   He holds a business degree from Harding University, underpinning his practical insights with solid academic foundations. Bob is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of the TAR, NAR, and NTCAR.
